LINKBIT Pilot Project – Supporting Charities in Northern Ireland
The LINKBIT Pilot Project is a two-year initiative designed for registered charities and voluntary organisations in Northern Ireland. Its purpose is to provide long-term, structured support to organisations that wish to establish or improve their online presence, while helping LINKBIT refine future charity-focused services.
Pilot Project Duration & Commitment
The Pilot Project runs for 2 years, and each participating organisation commits to the full two-year period. All plans include two years of managed guidance, technical support, and ongoing assistance.

Participation Requirements
1. Scheduled Promotion
Participants must share four posts per year (one every three months) acknowledging participation in the Pilot Project.
Each post must:

Use the provided promotional graphic
2. Partnership Commitments
Participants also agree to:

Provide a testimonial at the end of the project

Allow LINKBIT to use the project as a case study

Take part in a short feedback conversation

Include a brief acknowledgement of LINKBIT on the website, in a form provided by LINKBIT
-
Participate in LINKBIT’s referral system, where referrals can provide service credit
Eligibility Requirements
To join the Pilot Project, organisations must:

Be a registered charity or eligible non-profit in Northern Ireland
-
Have an annual income under £100,000
-
Either not have a website or wish to redesign their existing one
-
Provide accurate organisational information
-
Assign a representative for communication
-
Agree to LINKBIT acting as an authorised consultant for required setup
-
Consent to required data handling (GDPR compliant)
IT Representation Agreement
By joining, participants authorise LINKBIT to:

Assist with nonprofit validation (if needed)
-
Configure accounts and administrative settings
-
Set up domain, email, and security settings
-
Prepare workspace tools such as Microsoft 365 mailboxes and SharePoint
-
Carry out the technical setup required to deliver the chosen plan
All actions are strictly to deliver services securely and professionally.
